Our JobChat

As a modern company, we avoid boring job ads and would like to inspire you for us with a new format. Thank you for being interested in CROZ DACH and enjoy reading the following JobChat!

Recently, in our team meeting:
Joachim: “We need more people who know their way around Kubernetes.”
Linda: “I've already prepared a job advertisement with the job title OpenShift Consultant (f/m/d).
Markus: “But it's not just about OpenShift or Kubernetes. We're looking for someone who really understands the operation and management of modern container platforms.”
Peter: "Exactly. Anyone who knows how to set up and operate production-ready Kubernetes environments – whether with OpenShift, Rancher, EKS, AKS or GKE – is the right fit for us.“
Berni: ”We're looking for a deep understanding of platforms that have security, scalability and automation under control. This also includes topics such as infrastructure as code, GitOps and compliance. So it's not enough to write a few YAMLs – it's about structure, standards, and governance.“
Markus: ”Monitoring, alerting, and logging also play a major role. Almost everyone is familiar with Prometheus and Grafana, but what matters is whether someone recognizes what should be monitored in the first place – and why. The same applies to CI/CD pipelines and automation."
Peter: “Exactly. Those who are familiar with the ecosystem may have worked with ArgoCD or Flux – or perhaps something else. The main thing is that the concepts are clear and that there is a willingness to learn new tools.”
Joachim: "That's right. Tools change, but systemic thinking remains. For us, a willingness to learn and technical understanding count more than the perfect set of buzzwords.“
Berni: ”But of course, you should also have some experience – especially in working productively with OpenShift or comparable platforms. If you know how to version complex infrastructures, map compliance requirements, and deploy them automatically, you're in the right place with us.“
Linda: ”Whether that knowledge was acquired through a degree or training is secondary for us. What's important is that someone is seriously interested in the subject and isn't starting from scratch. That's why we're offering a salary between 70,000 - 100,000€ for this role, depending on experience, plus lots of benefits – from a company pension plan to childcare subsidies. As always, we're happy to consider part-time models.“
Annabelle: ”Our colleagues in Zagreb and Belgrade are looking forward to regular exchanges, so very good German and English skills are important. Croatian is a bonus, but not a must.“
Peter: ”Our application process will remain the same as usual. First, you'll have an interview with Joachim and me, then you'll get to know the team – and if everything fits, you'll meet our colleagues in the group. It's important to us that you fit in with us – personally, professionally, and in terms of mindset."
Joachim: “We want to continue growing with CROZ DACH – here in Munich and across Germany. That's why we're looking for people who are willing to take on responsibility, are enthusiastic about modern technologies, and are looking forward to an open corporate culture.”
Linda: “And if you feel this is the right place for you, just get in touch. Preferably without a cover letter, but feel free to include your profile or a link to your projects. Or just drop by for a coffee.”
