IT Project Manager (f/m/d)

The other day in the office:
Jörg: "We've landed another order! That's how it has to be! We absolutely need somebody to help us administer our ongoing projects from project start to final invoice as well as coordinate the entire project teams."
Katy: "So as a job title "IT Project Manager (f/m/d)"?"
Jörg: "Yes, whether full- or part-time doesn't matter, the important thing is to keep track of the various projects, since we are in constantly changing contact with customers as well as with our internal employees."
Katy: "So the person has to be talented to manage a variety of projects in the IT environment in parallel. This requires a high level of coordination skills and, above all, strong communication skills when it comes to coordinating a wide variety of stakeholders. In addition, knowledge of agile working in projects would be an advantage."
Jörg: "This is what the optimal staffing would look like, but it doesn't need to right now. We can offer appropriate trainings, on-the-job training and support for the role from the team. The person just has to have fun and energy and shouldn't be the quiet type, but should be confident enough to step on people's toes. It can happen that a request has to be followed up two or three times. Perseverance and patience are the keywords here."
Katy: "So we need someone with project management know-how for the central organization, support and handling of IT projects. Knowledge of business administration or computer science would also be very useful."
Jörg: "Yes. You should have a "university degree (preferably in business administration or computer science with focus on (IT) project management) or a comparable education"."
Katy: "I see. We don't want to discourage anyone from applying by demanding a specific education or too high prerequisites that this person may not have or not yet have. The basic requirement is a willingness to continue learning and a certain amount of experience, in this case in (IT) project management."
Jörg: "Someone like that would be super!"
Katy: "What about language skills? Communication in German and English is a must, just for the conversations and coordination with our colleagues at the headquarters in Zagreb as well as with the international customers."
Jörg: "Croatian besides German and English would of course be great for communicating with the whole CROZ, but is not a must as all relevant people know English. German and English have to be, though."
Katy: "At the latest at the Meetup in Zagreb we will see that."
Jörg: "What do you mean?"
Katy: "Well, our usual application process. First the interview with the bosses, Joachim and Peter. The second time "getting to know" the team in Munich, and, if everything fits, the "trip" to Zagreb to get to know the entire CROZ. After all, it's much more important to us that the personality fits with us than any skill profile."
Jörg: "By us you mean Vedrana and the other bosses, our great team spirit, how the people are and so on? That's exactly what's so special about us!"
Katy: "And also the current projects. After all, we are a German-Croatian BizTech company. The management in Croatia already fully supports our further development in the entire German-speaking region - Germany, Austria, Switzerland."
Jörg: "As we continue to grow here in Munich with CROZ DACH, it also never gets boring. And if you still have time and the desire to develop yourself in addition to project management, you can also get involved in other internal topics."
Katy: "But for this, we need people to apply. And for that, we need job ads."
Jörg: "But please no lists. After all, we have our own special spirit, so we don't want to see a listing like the one in every usual job ad. "We offer, this is what you bring, these are your tasks." Than everybody thinks of, "My house, my car, my boat.'"
Katy: "But if someone already has a lot of experience in IT project management, then we are interested in the details, aren't we?"
Jörg: "Sure, if someone says "I'm already a full-blooded PM according to PRINCE2 and also a real SCRUM PO and have been doing this in software development for over 10 years with sole responsibility", then we're interested and so are our customers."
Katy: "Okay, so what are we doing?"
Jörg: "Like on any cooking show: I've prepared something: "We absolutely need somebody to help us administer our ongoing projects from the start of the project to the final invoice, as well as to coordinate the entire project teams."....
